For Australian allied health teams delivering therapy in clinics, homes and the community.

See the funding impact before billing time.

A full diary can hide a funding problem. See planned, scheduled and delivered commitments against each client's recorded funding.

Understand how a proposed appointment changes the remaining funding before you save it. Keep the budget conversation ahead of the invoice.

A clearer view of capacity

Know what your practice can take on.

Bring planned care and team availability into view. Look ahead across your practice to see where demand is building and where there’s room.

Give clients clearer expectations about wait times, plan a steadier flow of appointments and protect the time your team needs to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Simpler NDIS billing

Your discipline. The right NDIS support code.

Atlas selects the right support code and pricing for your discipline and the care delivered. You don’t have to memorise codes or manage dozens of service variations.

Direct care, non-face-to-face work, telehealth, travel, kilometres and cancellations—all handled through the same service, with billing details carried into your invoice.

NDIS bulk payment uploads

One file. Ready for bulk upload.

Select your agency-managed invoices, review the batch and download an NDIS bulk payment file. Upload it to the NDIS portal when you’re ready.

Bring eligible invoices together in one file, without entering each claim again.

A clearer picture

Questions about NDIS workflows.

01

Does Atlas automatically know a participant’s full NDIS balance?

No. Atlas uses the funding and work recorded in your workspace. It does not automatically retrieve a live NDIA balance or see services delivered by other providers.

02

Does automatic pricing mean every claim will be accepted?

No. Atlas helps resolve supported pricing and support items from your configured service and delivery details. Your practice still reviews the billing and the circumstances of the service. An invoice or export is not confirmation of claim acceptance.

03

Can we track different funding release periods?

Yes. Atlas supports funding allocations across release periods and shows the commitments against them, as well as the broader plan context.

04

Can one practice work with different NDIS management types?

Funding plans record agency-managed, plan-managed or self-managed arrangements. Billing and export workflows use that context. We can show you the relevant workflow in your demo.

05

What does early access cost?

AUD $20 + GST per clinician per month. Talk through your practice’s requirements with us, or explore early-access pricing on the homepage.
